• OTP verification: mobile number and one-time password codes sent for verifying your phone number before form submission
• Technical data: basic device and browser information needed to deliver the website or app (e.g. IP address, app version) — typically in server logs for security and troubleshooting

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as passwords (except hashed admin credentials), financial account numbers, or government ID numbers through our public forms.

• To verify your mobile number via SMS OTP before accepting submissions
• To send email notifications to our team when you submit a form (when email is configured)
• To display today's buyback prices on our website and apps (admin-managed product data only — not your personal data)

• SMS provider (MSG91): your mobile number is sent to deliver OTP verification messages when SMS is enabled
• Email provider (SMTP): enquiry details may be included in notification emails to our staff
• Hosting provider: data is stored on secure servers we use to operate the website and API
• WhatsApp:if you tap our WhatsApp button, you leave our app and communicate directly with us on WhatsApp (Meta's privacy policy applies)
• Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and users

Your information is stored on servers operated by TomIT Solution (hosted infrastructure). Form submissions and uploaded files are kept in a secure database and file storage area accessible only to authorised administrators.

We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and hashed passwords for admin accounts. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain enquiry and quote records for as long as needed to process your request, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations. OTP verification records expire automatically after a short period. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see Section 10).

Depending on applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements

The TomIT Solution Android and iOS apps may request:

• Internet access: required to load content and submit forms to our API
• Camera / photo library:only when you choose to attach photos to a quote request (via your device's file picker)

We do not access your camera, contacts, or location in the background without your action.

Our Services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
